METHOD OF PURCHASE
Select the products you want to buy.
I. Item selection
a. Next to each product there is a button “Add to cart” – click on the button and the product will be automatically added to your cart.
b. You can add an unlimited number of products to the cart, as well as delete previously added products.
c. At any time, by looking at the basket in the upper right corner of the screen, you can see how many products you have in the basket and what their total price is *. You can see the contents of the basket by clicking on the basket icon in the upper right corner.

II. Check and update the basket
a. Once you have entered the “Your Cart” page, you will be able to check the content and quantity of the selected goods.
b. You can save your changes by updating the basket.
c. Selecting the “Continue Payment” button will take you to the ‘Billing’ page.
III. Payment
a. Step 1 – Basket
i. After that, you need to fill in the offered fields with the necessary contact information. If you are registered and logged in, your data will be remembered, so you will not have to enter it again. Registration is not required! You can create an account or register HERE
ii. If you want, you can register during the purchase, at the end of the form with the data you fill in, you have the option where you just need to mark “Create an account”.
iii. Choose and repeat the password you will use for future logins. You always log in by entering the e-mail you filled in during registration.
b. Step 2 – Delivery
i. Enter a note in the additional information field if necessary.
c. Step 3 – Payment
i. This page summarizes the product you are ordering. Check that this information is correct.
ii. Select payment method: Payment card
iii. If you have a special voucher or coupon code, clicking on the text “Click here to enter your code” opens a field in which to enter the code you received from the Organizer. By clicking on Redeem coupon, your coupon will be applied.
iv. By clicking on the “Order” button, you get an overview of your order and confirm the order. If all the information is correct, click on the “Pay” mark, after which you will be transferred to the side of the bank where the transaction will take place.
v. A confirmation of purchase and the necessary credentials for access to the event will arrive at your e-mail address.
Payment card purchase process
a. Payment card payment security
i. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank’s website.
ii. Data verification is performed between the customer and Intesa Bank.
iii. At no time is payment card information available to our system.
iv. Payment is made in dinars (RSD). Payment by payment cards of foreign Issuing Banks, the amount of the transaction in dinars will be converted into the settlement currency of the Bank (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators. The stated price, which is different from RSD, and stated on the site is of an informative nature, and due to the stated conversions, it is possible to deviate from it.
b. Description of how to protect confidential transaction data when paying with payment cards
i. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern technology.
ii. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank’s website.
iii. At no time is payment card information available to our system.
